Alex Martin has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 2004. He graduated from George Brown College with an advanced diploma in Fitness and lifestyles Management and is a Certified Personal Trainer and affiliate of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
Alex offers a wide range of personal training styles, making him a well-rounded and versatile trainer. His skills include exercise program design for sport-specific athletic training, weight loss, cardiovascular health, muscular strength and hypertrophy, and injury/rehabilitation training.
Alex’s passion for fitness originated from his days playing basketball in high school and later on again in college. It was at that point in his life when he first realized that with hard work and dedication, you could reach any goal you set out for yourself.
